First, the resin is different

Second, the processing temperature is different

The processing temperature of PVC film is about 120 degrees to 130 degrees, while the processing temperature of EVA film is slightly lower at about 110 degrees. The above-mentioned temperatures are the temperature of the glass surface.
 

Third, the processing equipment is different

EVA film glass processing equipment is relatively simple and the purchase cost is low. Generally, the price of machinery and equipment on the market is between 20,000 and 100,000 yuan; the processing equipment of PVC film glass is more complicated.
